Description: Ant maze flat formicarium made of several layered panels. The Ant Maze can be extended via hoses or connected to an ant arena using the integrated connection sockets. The five built-in sliders allow the ants to open or close different paths in the maze. This can be used for experiments in Educational institutions, for example, or at home to observe how ants find their way and adapt to suddenly changing routes, for example to feeding areas.
Note: Gaps of 0.5mm may occur.
Note on the connection sockets
Please note the following when attaching or removing hoses:
If the hose is very difficult to fit onto the connection socket, the socket should be lightly rubbed with a drop of our break-out protection oil or powder. The hose should then be pushed onto the socket using twisting or screwing movements without straining the socket with up and down movements. The same applies when removing the hoses from the connection socket. Please do not simply pull it off!
