Yesterday my L.niger Queen had her first ant hatch?, and today there was another one. When should i feed them and what is best to start to feed them with.
At and moment they are very shy staying by the queen (under her if they can) but the first one is starting to become abit more active.

They will be fed by the queen for the first few days just fine, but you may open the test tube a bit. Place a tiny honey drop and a small insect in front of the entrance. They will probably come out at night if at all.
