1. Delivery
1. The delivery usually takes place via GLS or DHL.

2. Delivery duration
2. Within Germany 1 - 3 workdays / within the EU 2 - 5 workdays after incoming payments.
Express 24 = 24h on Mondays to on Fridays (on the next working day).Extradition is usually carried out between 9:00am to 05:00pm clock. It is important to ensure that a person present during this period at the specified delivery address!

3. Shipping costs
Germany/EU: Per order we calculate proportionally (weight and package) for a package weight until 50 kg. Prices per kg are depending on countries. The final price is calculated before shipping and it depends on the weight of whole parcel.

Shipping price is calculated of netto-weight of products + 20% package weight added. The current price is displayed in the shipping card, if you're logged in. You can see the final shipping price before submitting your order. Click here for a price table (Counries/Weights):

Germany: All Prices incl. VAT.
EU-Europe: All prices incl. VAT. For commercial customers with a VAT registry number, the prices are VAT free.
Switzerland: VAT free plus customs duty and import turnover tax (more info)

4. Payment
the payment usually takes place by money order, credit card or Paypal.
For fast cash an additional fee will be charged!

5. Living animals
The dispatch of living animals (ant colonies and foddeer animals) takes place only within the EU. Also within the EU there can be different laws. Please your local veterinarian office before order.
Note: no shipping to Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece from May to Septembers, because the temperature is to hot.
